Climate change is the defining issue of our time and we are at a defining moment to deal with it. From shifting weather patterns that threatens food production to rising sea levels that increase the risk of catastrophic flooding, the impact of climate change are global in scope and unprecedented in scale. Without drastic action today, adopting to the impact in future will be more dreadful and expensive.

Since our environment provides the niche for our existence, the current situation of environmental degradation is connected to human ethics and societal break down that we experience every day. In Ghana for instance, the menace of illegal mining (galamsey) in this 21st century is striping some 28 billion tons of earth's material per annum. It also generates an estimated 2.7 billion tons of waste polluting our land, water resources and air each year and also causes deforestation. If this trend is not curtailed, then, we are certainly in the beginning of mass extinction.

To promote Item six(6) of the UN's sustainable development goals(SDG), which is also supported by National Sanitation Policy of the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources in Ghana, Danank Engineering Co. Ltd. Seeks to provide consultancy and state-of-the art technologies in the area of drinking water, waste water, and handling of both domestic and industrial waste, particularly in Ghana and across the globe to ensure availability and sustainable management of safe water and sanitation for all.
